It’s clear that there is a troubling gap between common sense strategy, complex change assurance and practical transformation of large scale IT estates. My brother Adam and I co-founded Towers Associates to close that gap.
From the start, we knew our focus would be on three key areas:
• Strategy that aligns to business need.
• Transformation predictability that assures the conversion of IT strategy into successful execution.
• Transformation execution based on real world achievable objectives and that consistently comes in on time, in budget and above expectations.
Today, these are the three areas where we continue to dedicate our resources and expertise. They guide our core values – making us customer and outcome obsessed. They drive our investment in customer and partner relationships. And they attract wonderful people to the team – people that form the bedrock of our continued success.

Prior to establishing Towers Associates in 2018, Colin held positions as the Global CTO for Dentsu Aegis Network and Global CTO for Media Solutions for Tata Consultancy Services. He is a passionate and accomplished Chief Technology Officer who can identify and develop cutting edge solutions.
