Previous White Glove engagements
Urgent DC exit
A tactical datacenter exit for one of the UK’s Leading legal services SaaS providers with 80 hosted customers. Project completed over a tight 5- month period with complex change management, limited downtime and a low appetite for risk. Success resulted in cost avoidance of £2mm and substantial ongoing operational savings.
Burst capacity
We provided a specialist professional services capability with a focus on supporting global enterprise customers on their more complex transformation. This included leading their migration journey where a white glove treatment was needed to ensure successful and low risk delivery of major change.
Big Data Platform
Custom open-source big data and insights platform was running on old physical hardware and end of life software versions. Customer needed to Replatform into virtualized Colo and upgrade to the latest software versions. A dedicated team worked with the software vendor, internal development and business intelligence teams to rebuild into target environment, cutover all data feeds and reports to become sustainable and compliant.
Solution Design
A major SaaS organisation was trying to consolidate services from circa 50 physical datacenters. The objective was to move their customer base to four of the primary cloud platforms. Our team were introduced to define an achievable solution, provide oversight and specialist support to enable a large Service Integrator as they executed against the plan.
